1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this portal, submitting dynamic reservation inquiries, or completing lodging booking packages for Rann Utsav Tent City or surrounding resorts, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these guidelines, we recommend that you refrain from using our booking services.

2. Reservations and Payment Terms

To guarantee check-in confirmations, guests must fulfill the following booking and financial parameters:

Name Designation: All packages are processed under a single primary guest's name, and that specific guest must be traveling and present at the check-in desk.
Rates and Taxation: All listed prices represent dynamic seasonal rates, and are subject to state GST regulations and real-time room class availability at the time of final invoice generation.
Advance Clearance: Booking confirmation vouchers are only dispatched upon receipt of the specified advance payment in full.

3. Cancellation and Amendment Rules

Any modifications or cancellations of confirmed check-ins must align with standard resort guidelines:

Refund quotients are determined based on the number of days prior to arrival that the cancellation request is formally registered.
In case of date changes or check-in amendments, administrative fees (such as ₹3,000/- Per Tent + applicable taxes) will be charged, subject to category availability and seasonal rate hikes.

4. On-site Guest Guidelines

To ensure a safe and harmonious luxury glamping atmosphere in the desert, guests must strictly adhere to the following:

All checking-in guests must present valid, government-issued photo identity cards (Aadhaar Card, Passport, or Driving License).
TIMINGS: Standard check-in is set at 12:30 PM, and checkout must be completed by 9:30 AM to accommodate cleaning operations.
Guests must abide by local environmental rules, keep the salt desert clean, and respect resort smoking and pet policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rann Utsav Stay serves as an authorized partner booking channel. We cannot be held legally liable for transport delays, schedule deviations, or resort cancellations resulting from sudden local weather shifts, natural disasters, national strikes, border permit rules, or other force majeure occurrences.
